Our Policy
Agreement Deposits are fully refundable if reservation is canceled 4 hours in advance. If less than 4 hours , deposit is non-refundable, the deposit is non-refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Balances to be paid to the Company on the run date before the beginning of the run if no credit card has been provided. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to provide the highest level of customer service and maximum availability to all of our clients, we follow the policy below for cancelling a reservation: Airport Transfers: Sedan/SUV/Sprinter have a 3 hour cancellation notice. Sedan or SUV Charters: Reservations for 2 hours of service or less require a notice of 2 hours. Reservations for more than 2 hours of service require a notice 48 hours prior to. If a cancellation occurs outside these parameters, the full amount will be charged. We reserve the right to change the cancellation policy for special events.
WAIT TIME POLICY: Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 30 minutes after the gate time of all domestic flights or within the first 60 minutes after gate time of all international flights. After that wait time will be charged at $1.50per minute for the first 30 minutes. Once that 30 minutes of wait time has passed, waiting time will be charged by the vehicle’s base hourly rate, rounding up in quarter-hour increments starting from the actual landing time. Non-Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. Once 16 minutes have past, waiting time will be charged at $1.50 per minute for the first 45 minutes and after that the charge will revert to the vehicle’s hourly rate, rounding up in quarter-hour increments starting from the scheduled pickup time. (Sedan $100ph SUV $120ph) We reserve the right to change the wait time policy for special events.
OFF HOUR SURCHARGE: ALL reservations before 6:00am and after 11:59pm will be eligible for a $25 surcharge or 15% of the base rate if an hourly charter. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: All reservations are priced based upon the information provided however we realize that things change; a charge of $20 will be applied for any stops less than 15 minutes. If stops are longer than 15 minutes or the route is modified beyond the initial reservation, charge will default to the vehicle’s hourly rate.
